It is owned by a local surfer Zairil Zainal (known as Aril) one of the surf pioneer in Malaysia and as well a competitive surfer and a freelance photographer. He resides in Nuremberg, Germany half of the year and another half in Cherating during monsoon season.Our goal is to share our knowledge and experiance with our students who want to feel the best Malaysian’s surf Experience and we are the best surf school In Cherating , with the best surfer/Instructor in Town.Our local instructors will take you to the next level and let you feel the surfing experience, while they will introduce you to the Cherating mentality and the traditional Malaysian lifestyle.
Cheratingpoint surfschool as well gives the opportunity to the local younger generation to get into touch with a natural environment job and creates the awareness to take responsibility for themselves and other people at the same time. Our target is to involve the local/youngster surfer community and to give them some future aspects.
