The surf season in Cherating is around the corner. We would like to inform you, that Cheratingpoint surf school will be re-open from November 2014 . If you are interested in surf packages, lessons, board rental and accommodation in Cherating, just write us an Email or give us a call. The last weekend was really good for all the beginners. With no current and chest to waist height during the sets was really fun! Again was a busy weekend in Cherating and we hope there are a few more weekends ahead before the season finally gonna end! 7th/8th feb 2014 Surf lesson session

Good morning all,

Thank god it’s Friday again.Been long time dint have rain and this morning was raining a bit.At the moment it high tides and looking forward to go out during the mid-tides.Any way the swell is here again 4.5ft good enough for those who wanna learn to surf.The forecast for the weekend is looking good .

Here some shots form the last weekend session with Cheratingpoint student and also few Taiwannese surfer that hang out here for few days.To bad the swell come in today and they had to fly back. 1st February 2014 – Day 2 Chinese new year

Chinese new year part 2.

Later on the weekend more and more people came over to Cherating but the swell dropped little bit. Nevertheless it was still surf able and good enough for all the beginners. It was super fun with them and nice to watch them while they were taking the first wave in their life. For those who are having a surf package with Cheratingpoint we will make sure that our students come back with a smile on their face and at the same time we provide one free memory photo of their first wave. We also offer high resolution photos of your surfing session upon request. For our customers we always provide one instructor for 2 students, as we want everybody having a quality time during their lesson. So come over and get your surfing experience with Cheratingpoint! 31st January 2014 Chinese new year surf lesson session

Hi again,

First of all we wanna wish everyone a happy Chinese New Year. It’s the year of the horse – just “keep it going”! Was a great and long weekend. On Friday, at last the swell came in – just shoulder height and it was a good session in the morning with our first group. The second session we had with 2 families from France and one family from Kuantan. No wind in the morning and it lasted from mid to low tide. In the afternoon the wind started to kick in. Anyway, everyone was having fun and enjoying themselves. Thank’s to all of them for coming over & hope to see you again soon!More post up-date soon.

Hi again All,

Last weekend was so good in Cherating.Wave range was 2-3ft / shoulder to head high and was a good session.Last weekend we had four surf students. The wave conditions were pretty good and all of them had a really good time in the water catching their first practical impressions and experiences about surfing.Concerning the flood there is no problem to visit Cherating. All the guest-houses are open and there is nothing to worry about as we are located before Kemaman Town. So please come over and try your personal experience with surfing.
