Good day,
Since the Interlogtual event the waves have been slow for a week now. Slow means, it’s really good for beginners as it’s the most optimum time for learning and picking up surfing. Everyday since then, was a logging day. Really good for the long boarders, as most of the villagers had left to Tioman Island for the “surf event”. So it has been an empty line up for a week or more. Everyday we were gifted with fun waves and still had surf lessons in between.

Middle of January we had visitors from the “French School in Kuala Lumpur”. Almost 60 students had their lesson with us within 2 days. It was a lot of fun with them as it was not only about learning to surf, we shared some awareness and safety knowledge about the sea and the sport itself with them as well. Parallel while visiting our surf school, they also participated in collecting trash on the beach and in the village with “Trash Hero Cherating”. https://www.facebook.com/trashherocherating beach clean up.

Nevertheless this coming weekend we are expecting the new swell to be in and that means it’s going to be super good for learning as well. For those who are keen on signing up a class…do book your surf package or surf lesson with us as the monsoon is not going to last long anymore.
